Some of the stories are seen through the eyes of the grandchildren, while others are described by grandpa.
The book begins with the grandkids participating in a variety of sports and games. A bonus section follows with daughters and spouses having fun with some leisure-time activities.
Back to the grandkids with a trip to a farm and the Zoo on the 4th of July. The book ends with grandpa telling his version of the age-old story of "The Three Little Pigs."
