This study comprises an assessment of the land alienation process to establish if there are contraints or challenges in ataining equity in land acquisition, if there are policy measures to enhance equity,the performance of the land delivery system under state land in attaining equity. The study adds to the body of knowledge on how equity can be attained in land acquisition under state tenure.
