O knihe
This book is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction and captures the basic outlook. Chapter two reflects the History and Nature of Human Rights provisions in Liberia constitution. Chapter three covers judicial interpretation before President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf first tenure in office. Chapter four looks at the impact of President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf first tenure in office. Chapter five concludes with challenges, recommendations and the way forward. The growing concern of rights violation in Liberia is understandable given our immediate past civil war history but it's not justifiable due to our constitutional and democratic structures. It is my hope that civil society organizations and government agencies charged to protect rights will continue to spearhead the fight for justice until the voiceless and deprived citizens feel safe from all forms of abuses.
