Disease patterns of some hematologic disorders and leukemia in this regard are dynamically changing and are coming common problems of Africa, and Ethiopia in particular. Indeed, in most hospitals personnel working around the issue of leukemia diagnosis have limited resources and capacities to analyze blood disease, and as a result, mis -diagnosis is common. Consequently, the prevalence and pattern of blood disorders is not well known and thus proper management of hematologic patients is not well addressed. Therefore, personnel equipped with knowledge and advanced technologies in such respects is mandatory to help in investigation and diagnosis of patients for better treatment and management.
