This work tried to present the Ivorian model of armed conflict management. It consisted in identifying the forces involved in the Ivorian conflict, which are essentially grouped into two main blocks: The Defence and Security Forces (FDS) with their dismemberments and the Forces Armées Force Nouvelles (FAFN) and their allies. The modus operandi of DDR used, its principles and its operationalization were then analyzed. Finally, it outlines the model of repatriation of ex-combatants present in Côte d'Ivoire and the models of reinsertion and socio-economic reintegration of these ex-combatants.
