Arsenic is extremely toxic to human beings. The toxicity leveled to human beings depends largely on the concentration and duration or length of exposure. In the present study generated information regarding issues of arsenic in food chain, through a study on oats and Lucerne crops towards arsenic accumulation in the edible parts. Arsenics toxicity increasing day by day in food web via food and fodder in animal as well as in human beings.
