Artificial Inteligence (AI) is a widely known concept which is being around for a while. It can be used in different fields with the aim of solving different types of problems. In a mobile robot, AI could be used to give the ability for a robot to move autonomously in an environment.The aim of this book is to apply the concept of Artificial Intelligence in a mobile robot differential drive and by building a small prototype of it, show in practice how it can be accomplished and done in real life. More specifically, concepts of Deep Learning and Computer Vision are used in order to develop the Software which automates the robot's locomotion.As a result, It is shown that by using inexpensive resources it is achievable to use Artificial Intelligence to build an autonomous robot that can detect objects and also move by itself following a lane.
