O knihe

Heart failure is a complicated clinical illness and a worldwide public health issue that is the primary cause of hospitalization. The prognosis of heart failure is influenced by various parameters such as age, blood pressure, ejection fraction, creatinine levels, body weight, renal function, QRS duration, 6-minute walk test, and the existence of coronary artery disease. Heart failure is estimated to affect 3-20 people per 1000 people, although it affects more than 100 people per 1000 people beyond the age of 65. The inability of the heart to provide adequate blood flow and thus oxygen delivery to peripheral tissues and organs is known as heart failure. Each year, more than 600,000 new cases of heart failure are projected to be diagnosed around the world. Myocardial infarction, coronary artery disease, persistent hypertension, valve disease, arrhythmias, congenital heart disease, and diabetes are the most common causes of heart failure.
