Bangladesh is an overpopulated country. At the same time government struggle for ensure basic health for all citizens. Older people are neglected in any development context. In urban life style don't favorable for older people who are living under poverty rate. Our family pattern, living pattern are changed. Older people are struggling to adjust this situation. All stories are not same. In our country older people are more respected in family and social life. But they face problem when they become seek. It's necessary to know the young people about their health problem. It's a contradictory issue. Unawareness about their health issue is creating problem. Now Bangladesh is a young populated country. After few decades later total population of the older people in Bangladesh is increased in a significant rate. In 2050 total population of the older people may doubled. Older people are facing lot of health problem that's called the geriatric problem. It's essential to know the youth attitude about this issue.
