Mr. Neely. Mr. Speaker, it is with a heavy heart that I announce to the House the death of our colleague and fellow worker, Hon. William G. Brown, Jr of West Vir ginia.
At a later date I shall ask the House to set aside a day to pay appropriate tribute to his life, character, and pub lic services.
I send to the Clerk's desk and ask for the immediate consideration Of the following resolution.
