This work focused on the Economic Analysis of Bambara nut Marketing in Bauchi state, Nigeria. Three major market were selected in three local government area of Bauchi state and 60 marketers were selected in the study area depicting the sample size of this study. The purpose of this study was to examine the economic efficiency of Bambara nut marketing among the marketers in the study areas and to achieve this, the study came up with five main objectives. This were to: determine the effect of the socio-economic characteristics on Bambara nut profit or otherwise, ascertain the marketing chain and channel of Bambara nut marketers, estimates the cost and returns in Bambara nut marketing, determine the economic efficiency in Bambara nut marketing, identify the constraints to Bambara nut marketing in the study area. Primary data were collected from 60 respondents through the use of random sampling techniques with the aid of structured questionnaire. The statistical tools used to analyze the data were descriptive statistics, gross margin analysis. A descriptive analysis of the sample marketer was done to understand and describe the socio-economic factors influencing Bambara nut marketing.
