Would economics be a challenge to be taken up in order to discover this discipline from its measuring instrument and its operating rules which would be given in advance? However, although all this is unknown to him, the public naturally knows how to use this instrument correctly while respecting the rules of operation. The author replies in the affirmative and confirms that not only monetary instruments are instruments of measurement in economics, but also of justice among people. This is why, by violating the rule prohibiting the reduction of weights and measures, the population using the currency finds itself in obvious impoverishment due to the negative transfer of its resources to the monetary authority. It shows the permanence of this dangerous practice since the Middle Ages in Europe with the Gros, or with the Ecu in the Kingdom of France which were used to supply the Royal Treasury. It then shows how the authorities of the French Republic, creating the FCFA in the colonies, exactly like the ECU, will subject the same fraudulent manipulations to the populations using the FCFA.
