An investigation was conducted on the management of root knot nematode of Meloidogyne incognita (Kofoid and White) Chitwood infesting Tomato and Okra by the application of bio-control agent like Bacillus subtilis, Pseudomonas fluorescens, Paceilomyces lilacinus, Trichoderma harzianum and chemical pesticide carbofuran during 2012-13 and 2013-14 at Central Research farm Gayeshpur, Nadia. The result of the experiment revealed that the highest growth of shoot length in okra was achieved (91.4 cm) in the carbofuran 3G @ 1 kg a.i./ha. Fresh and dry shoot weight (627g) and (281.3g) the Paceilomyces lilacinus @ 20g/kg + P. lilacinus @2.5 kg along with 2.5 tons of FYM/ha show the maximum weight respectively. In case of gall formation in the treatment Paceilomyces lilacinus @ 20g/kg + P. lilacinus @2.5 kg along with 2.5 tons of FYM/ha most effective for reducing the gall (1.9). Meloidogyne incognita in soil and root at lowest number of (235.3) per 200cc and 2(g) of root at harvest seed treatment with Paceilomyces lilacinus @ 20g/kg + P. lilacinus @2.5 kg along with 2.5 tons of FYM/ha.
