In Philadelphia, a rogue vampire has committed several high profile murders that are threatening to expose the vampiric world and bring about its extermination. A vampire entombed for the Jack the Ripper murders, is disinterred and offered a choice between stopping the rogue vampire and returning to confinement. Jack finds himself dragged back into a dark world of intrigue and cutthroat politics as he hunts down the vampiric serial killer.
