We Build Bridges to create collaboration, increase prosperity, contribute to humanity, and uplift human interaction while increasing commerce. Building Bridges through personality means that we are looking for ways to use our inherent being with the personalities we have built. This increases both internal and external awareness giving our relationships more resilience. Learning how to celebrate the similarities of our human needs and the strengths found in the differences in teams, couples, and our own world.This book uses The Enneagram of Personality (a long standing and increasingly popular personality typing system) to stimulate personal insights, provide accessible tools, build emotional intelligence/empathy, while opening the reader to the many different ways people see the world. We all have a point of view and understanding each other makes us better by helping us to connect better. We can keep our boundaries, honor ourselves and others, while expanding our insight and abilities to collaborate in a more prosperous culture.

We all have challenges in some area of our life that involves relationships. I have been coaching for 25 years and worked with people across the spectrum from stay-at-home parents to CEOs and EVPs of international companies. This gives me an insight that few have. The fact is, that most of our problems are rooted in relationship issues.
My niche is people and relationships, these are the foundation of our lives. From the time of our conception we are in a relationship. With our self, our environment, our parents and family. As life progresses, we define our lives based on relationships. Every part of our life is about how we relate, the way we relate is determined by our personality. This is most importantly, how we relate to ourselves.
Your life improves when you decide to open your eyes to the complex world of personality including its effect on relationships. Knowledge is power because, with it, you can make better choices.
