Every available source of information has, however, been ex hansted in the effort to make the catalogue complete and accurate, and 8808 addresses of the 3817 have actually been given, while the success in finding and giving full names of members 18 most notable. Those who examine the catalogue are earnestly requested to send to the Custodian of Archives immediate notice of any corrections they are able to make. The admirable system of card catalogue adopted by the Custodian enables him to keep a record of initiations, addresses, deaths and other information, which is at any given moment corrected to date.

The main portion of the catalogue ends with July, 1901, but a supplementary list includes the initiates from that date to December 1, 1901. The. Additions and corrections indicate the progress of the work since the printing began.
