In Iran, most rhinoplasty clients request nose surgery, but in general, nose surgery is performed to achieve the following goals:- Narrowing of the nasal bone.- Reduce or enlarge the nostrils.- Lengthening or shortening the length of the nose.- Make a change in the tip of the nose.- Change in the angle between the upper lip and nose.- Perform nose reconstruction.- Correction of the middle nasal septum or nasal deviation surgery.- Removing polyps and swelling of internal tissues of the nose.
