This Code has the responsibility and the challenge of indicating the norms to be followed to prevent the mistreatment of women towards men in the relationship. That is why fundamental values ¿¿must be established in the family so that there is harmony and a good example among its members. They have asked themselves, what is the Code for? What can be used of it? The Code hopes to help resolve these and other questions. Men and women are subjects of law, a principle that is guaranteed in the constitutional charters.
