This book interrogates the dimensions of urban violence in sub Saharan Africa with specific focus on Ado-Ekiti in Nigeria. Working class has joined the leagues of perpetrators of violent conflicts globally. They are supposed to be ambassadors of peace and harmony in their communities. Third chapter showcases some of the instances of violent outings perpetrated by commercisl vehicle drivers in Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria. Chapter four provides the analysis of the findings from fieldwork, while chapter five contains the summary, conclusion and recommendations.
