The study compares three male football project players on selected psychological traits in Werebabo Wereda at Bistima tawon south wollo, Ethiopia. The study's objective was to critically compare selected psychological traits, team cohesion, self-confidence, level of anxiety, and motivation of male youth football project players at Bistima town under-17. For the study Group Environment Questionnaire (GEQ), the Trait Sport-Confidence Inventory (TSCI), the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI), and (SMS_28) The sport Motivation Scale were given the standard questionnaires for players only to collect data.
