The study aimed to determine the factors influencing e-banking adoption in Tema, Community 1. Specifically, it focused on the impact of COVID-19 restrictions, privacy and security concerns, and challenges on e-banking adoption. The researchers utilized structured questionnaires to collect data from 90 bank customers in the area, employing a descriptive research design and convenience and purposive sampling methods.Correlation analysis was conducted to examine the relationship between the dependent variable (e-banking adoption) and the independent variables (COVID-19 restrictions, privacy and security). Regression analysis was employed to determine how COVID-19 restrictions and privacy and security factors predict e-banking adoption. The findings of the study revealed a significant and positive relationship between COVID-19 restrictions, privacy and security, and e-banking adoption. It was also observed that both COVID-19 restrictions and privacy and security factors played crucial roles in influencing e-banking adoption among the sampled customers.
