Using professional actors with bogus identification to pose as TRANSTEC corporate executives, Josh hatches a scheme to con the government and big oil out of the money he needs. Oil companies, governments and OPEC all send hit teams to dispose of the corporation and make the executives disappear. It becomes a race to see if Josh and his hired actors can stay alive to collect the money before they meet the kill squads.
