Both states have to afford either civil or military authoritarian leadership. Both countries are ethnically diverse. The socio-economic conditions are attached with political governing system. The electoral process has studied which has vital role for establishment of government. The major concern is utilization of financial resources for victory. Media also wants monopoly in electoral politics, have no support for mature democratic system. The most populous region needed a charismatic leadership that promoted democratic norms.
