Dental Fluorosis is a developmental disturbance of enamel, due to successive exposures to higher concentration of fluoride during the formative stage of tooth development, leading to enamel with lower mineral content and enhanced porosity. Several indices have been developed to diagnose, qualify and quantify the clinical features of dental fluorosis.
