O knihe

Long-term exposure to stressful working conditions can have an impact on workers' health through somatic pathologies or psychosocial disorders. A survey of hospital practitioners was carried out in a hospital center in order to establish an inventory of the professional environment and to propose avenues for improvement.A questionnaire was developed with biometric, medical and administrative criteria, the Karasek stress and Siegrist recognition scale, the Cohen stress perception scale, a list of problem situations and proposals for improvement. 53 practitioners participated. 51% declared that they had a pathology. 76% thought that their work experience could have an impact on their health. 20% were in a situation of tension at work, 15% of the cohort were in a situation of iso strain. The respondents presented a lack of recognition and 15% were in pathological stress according to Cohen's scale. Creating healthy spaces at work is a response to the concerns of the international network of health-promoting hospitals and must play a full part in the forthcoming restructuring.
