The North African blue tit Cyanistes teneriffae is a species of passerine of the family Paridae, long considered a subspecies of the European tit. It is found in North Africa and the Canary Islands. The species frequents gardens and forests, lays eggs once a year, can lay replacement eggs, raises its young until they fledge and adopts wooden nest boxes.This work is the result of proven research on the North African Blue Tit in the National Park of El-Kala located in the extreme North-East of Algeria. It is a first gathering data on the biology of reproduction of the species, predation and parasitic infestation of nests and the diet of pulli.
