Exhale!

BE PATIENT
Being patient can be one of the hardest tasks in your life. Circumstances
in our life will teach us how to be patient. Here are some hints for our
health. I found that anxiety is a desperate situation. There are things we
cannot change. Yet we want to change them so badly. We try as hard
as we can to fix it on our own until we lose sleep for days and make
ourselves sick. But, when you understand how important it is to wait; it
is worthwhile.
That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith
and patience inherit the promises.
Hebrews 6:12
We never know the tool that is used for the kingdom. Serving patiently
is a wonderful tool which is a witness to others. I believe it will get stronger
and stronger over our lives. On the journey walking our walk will determine
how we get there and when we get there. Out of all the preaching and
prophesying we have nobody can exhale for us. Make up in our mind
to practice patience. A mentor will help, one that you can listen to. No
matter how tough they sound; when they instruct us sometimes it sounds
like a noise in our ear, but hang tough. We need each other, but again I
say nobody can exhale for you. Some deep situation has almost knocked
us to our knees, but about now this is where we need to take some time
out and kneel in the presence of our Lord and Savior. A lot of times we did
not realize He was there all the time, but there comes a time we can see
the break of day. Your day break is coming thru. I hope that you are being
rejuvenated and receiving a lot more strength.

I am going to prophesy over your life. I pray that this will take you to
the next level. For the Lord our God sees you and He knows where you are.
My child, you may be on a bus or a plane, and yet I know where you are
in this situation. So rise and go forward because I am the Lord thy God. I
am with thee. Rejoice!

A WORD OF ENDURANCE
Since you have purified your souls in obeying the truth, through the
spirit in sincere love of the brethren love one another fervently with
a pure heart. Acts 15:9
An enduring word can change the way we think or feel. There are many
circumstances which we cannot change, but change can take place through
the Spirit by sincere love for the brethren. Let us love one another with
a pure heart. As amazing as it sounds we are stunned to the move of the
Spirit through the word of God. We can go through the valley of decisions
with direction. I have found that there can be peace in the midst of a storm.
We can ask the Lord to help us look up to you in the midst of a storm.
We can press toward the mark and then all that we confront makes
us light up with joy. Because we believe that the joy of the Lord is our
strength. Strength is what we need to confront the forces that are in this
present world. We are bound to go through some stuff. God knows where
we are right now. God will protect us from temptation. He always gives us
a way to avoid falling into the enemies' hand.
So surely, with such a love protecting you rejoice. Be content the Lord
is with you (Hebrews 13:5) Mighty God; I rejoice that you will never
forsake me!
A lamp unto my feet
When we exhale I believe our whole body lights up. The Earth lights
up from the Sun and Moon. Send us light. Safe in the hands of God we
find a path that is revealed by the light of the Word of God. When the

himself is a lamp and a light. The Lord our God will be a light to you also.
All you have to do is ask.
I want to stop here and ask the Lord to be that light and lamp:
Dear Lord,
