The primary target of this examination was to research the variables influencing profession movement of women in corporate divisions. The investigation was guided by four explicit research goals: looking at the impression of the executives towards women's profession movement; setting up if adjusting work and family duty impacts on women' vocation; distinguishing strategies and practices which debilitate women's vocation movement and estimating the elements which block the vocation improvement of women representatives.
