On the basis of Ugric language-bases at the end of 3 millennia BC - the middle of 1 millennia BC in area of Southern Ural Mountains are formed pravengerskoe (Hungarians) and praobsko-Ugric (Khanty, Mansi) a community of peoples; at the end of 3 millennia BC. E. - the middle of 2 millennia BC on the basis of the Finno-Perm language-basis are formed Perm (Komi, Udmurti) and Finno-Volga (Mari, Mordva, Saami, Finns, Izhorians, drivers or water, Veps, Estonians, Livonians) community of peoples.
