There is little doubt that vocabulary is one of the most essential components of any language. Previous research also suggests that various teaching techniques contribute differentially to L2 vocabulary development. This book is an attempt to shed further light on this issue by investigating the effects of selected presentation techniques on L2 vocabulary learning and retention.
