O knihe

In present era due to the pollution food born diseases increase many times in comparison to old era. Food borne illness (also referred as food poisoning)is any illness resulting from the consumption of contaminated food, pathogenic bacteria, viruses, or parasites that contaminate food, [US CDC food poisoning guide] rather than chemical or natural toxins. In last I have concluded that Clostridium species were isolated from contaminated food sample and deep soil sample which have same morphology but different in size. Clostridium species are mostly pathogenic bacteria constituting a serious public health problem since its spores are resistant to heat and live long in the soil. Their cell wall was very thick which took more than 1 hrs to retain the malachite green stain. clostridium species gives Gm positive, endospore positive(characteristic property) and endole negative. Clostridium species have the potential neuro toxics which can cause death to human being. The botox toxin used to treat the neuro muscular diseases. It is also used in cosmetics to reduce the age wrinkles from face. In food poisioning cases most of the people affected by clostridium.
