Climate change is an alarming threat for this globe. Pakistan's role in green emission gasses is only 0.8%, but unfortunately Pakistan is listed in top 10 worst effected countries under climate change and its impact. Human causalities also noted in huge value. Different governments and NGOs are working in their own directions to address the dynamics of these disasters. As Pakistan is considered in developing country with low human development index, so after each disaster, livelihoods of those specific areas are more vulnerable. Pakistan has been facing such hazardous events at annual bases since last 10 years. This study had been done against the governments role in rehabilitation to address this sector pragmatically. This research would help policy makers, researcher and institutions for the better understanding of the hidden factors.
