O knihe
Excerpt from Annual Message of the Executive, to the General Assembly of Maryland: December Session, 1841
The law, which provides for placing indigent deaf and dumb children at the Pennsylvania Institution, makes it the duty of the executive to report to the Legislature the number of pupils sent from this State, and the amount expended in their education. That provision of the law escaped my attention, till it was too late to comply with it at the last session. A statement is now given, which embraces the whole period from the passage of the law to the present time.
