Greg Likes Triangles For Lunch is about a 5-year old who is very excited because he is eating lunch at school on his very first day of kindergarten. Due to the fact that he is thinking so much about lunch he misses many school activities such as being the leader in line, writing his name on the board, playing Duck, Duck, Goose and even getting lost in line! All he seems to be thinking about are the triangles he will have for lunch. And then when he gets them, he is not happy. The triangles do not look like the ones his mother makes for him.
