Heavy metal Dynamics in Soil and Plant System

Most of the heavy metals are toxic to living systems. Largely heavy metals are low mobility in soils and having high adsorption with organic matter and mediated by soil properties. Management of heavy metal toxicity by incorporation of organic and inorganic soil amendment are the prime requirement for sustainable crop production. This book addressed soil and environmental issues particularly on heavy metal dynamics in different ecosystems. It also described the tool and techniques of metal indices in plants and soil system.
