Sections) by Common Name That Includes:
1 - The Common Name as Listed in the Reference Material.
2 - The Latin Name for the Common Name.
3 - All Other "Also Known As" Common Names that the Herb might be Known by.
4 - Lists The Herbal and Medical Benefits (By Reputation) of Each of the Herbs.
European Prescribed Usage will be in BOLD Print and Underlined.
5 - The Preparation of the Herb in the Forms that might be used. As Teas, Blends, Tonics,
Poultices, Washes and More.
6 - Native American Uses. (The Title will be in Bold Print).
7 - Nutritional Information: Mineral and Vitamin content as indicated by the Reference Material.
