In the second half of 1990s there was more stable condition in Georgia;In the last quarter of the XX century the party system and political campaign had suffered significant changes in the world and began process of Americanization.In new democracies political parties are characterized by weak organization and special personalization.The fragile ideological basics of the parties promoted acceleration of transformation of political campaign in the mentioned countries.In Georgia,like other new democracies the Americanization process of election campaign had been actively implemented.
