The main object of this book to measure heading soccer ball in Addis Ababa University Female students of football team too many players neglect heading, but being able to win aerial battles will significantly improve your value as a Soccer player. Heading is propelling the ball by striking it with the forehead. Players can use their heads to pass, shoot, collect, or clear the ball. Heading is an important skill to master because, on the average, 30-percent of the game is played with the ball in the air. Proper technique and timing are crucial to successful heading. To get power behind a header, you need to use the whole of your upper body, particularly your neck muscles to arch your back and thrust your shoulders forward as you reach for the ball. These are used to corners and free kicks by aiming to head the ball away in a direction opposite to which it arrived.
