At the beginning of the 21st century, technological progress accelerated, providing new perspectives on the formation of high-tech societies, in which comprehensive digitization is achieved and the focus of social interactions is not only human but also through technical devices that are equipped with artificial intelligence. The coming changes will significantly influence each human and the whole of humankind. A current task of modern economic science is to search for strategies and actions that can alleviate the social consequences of technological progress and prevent the emergence of social crises in the future.
