O knihe

Remuneration is subject to market phenomena and to the environment that conditions this balance. Exogenous factors such as the labor market, social representations and social policies condition the modes and level of remuneration.Compensation policies must also address the question of how to set up a system that is motivating, because when an employee realizes that he or she is in a position where the members of the organization are not able to evaluate his or her contribution, it is likely that motivation is affected. The problem of the impact of remuneration on health personnel at the Provincial Reference Maternity Hospital of Central Kongo and the Reference Health Center & Maternity Hospital of Mvuzi in Matadi in 2017 deserves deep reflection in order to understand its influence on the motivation of health personnel. The results of our study sufficiently inform that remuneration, in order to have an impact on the motivation of health personnel, must be global by taking into account the motivating and satisfying factors of the personnel in any organization. This would have a positive impact.
