O knihe
Labor informality is an emerging reality in a country's economy. Specifically in Colombia, the labor market has spread from the informal context for various reasons such as violence, forced displacement at regional and local levels, underemployment, unemployment, and of course different factors such as age, gender, schooling and social security affiliation in health. For this reason, entrepreneurs, workers and above all those with responsibility for family support have chosen to participate in the growing labour informality in the country. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary to develop this research from a psychological perspective, which allows us to analyze the psychosocial risk factors in people with informal work in the city of San José Cúcuta, with the intention of exploring this social condition, which has already been assumed as a normal situation from the urban context, however it is a reality that is based on subjective opinions about the physical, social, psychological and emotional risks that people with informal work may present.
