My stories add a second dimension by embedding parenting and teacher skills within the story line. Key to Chivalrys target audience is children ages three to eight and their parents and teachers; all learn together honing in on emotional intelligence that is not traditionally addressed or taught in school curricula.
Key to Chivalry focuses on Knight Thomas as he models emotional intelligence, embodying self-acceptance, emotional regulation, caringness, and empathy. At the story conclusion, Wise Owl teaches parents, teachers, and children relaxation, determination, positive thinking, and emotional intelligence by developing their wise mind.
Emotional intelligence can be taught! My goal is to provide our next generation with a positive pathway to living a socially and emotionally intelligent life while working on emotional literacy.
