O knihe
In Malaysia, although IT organizations are very much interested in investing organisational resources on their Knowledge Management (KM) activities, however, they still lack of understanding on KM concepts. Therefore, this quantitative research is conducted to investigate the keys Knowledge Management Enablers within IT organizations in Cyberjaya (*as the main ICT hub for Multimedia Super Corridor Malaysia) from the perspective of Knowledge Creation Process (KCP) with the objective to develop a workable framework thus helping the IT organizations to design the suitable KM initiatives and strategies; which are competitively advantaged. A research model was developed based on the identified KMEs which include culture, structure, T-shape skills and IT support; while KCP is based on Nonaka Knowledge Spiral model (SECI).
