Because Lagon is different than other dragons, he is often being bullied by the goblins and gnomes of his village.
One night, as the entire village was fast asleep, a roaring fire came out the forest down toward the sleeping villagers. Lagon was asleep at the foot of Mr. Wizard's bed when he smelled the smoke. He bit Mr. Wizard's toe who let out a scream that woke the villagers, and everyone pitched in to put out the fire. The entire village turned out to cheer for Lagon, the hero.
So if ever you should see someone who may look different than you, think of Lagon when all is said and done, and you'll have a loving heart too.
