The creation of the WTO, the documents of which concentrate in a single complex agreed by the member countries (they account for 95% of world trade) measures on liberalization and measures to regulate trade, is seen as the best solution to the problem, especially considering that the legal system of the WTO they are constantly supplemented and updated. Currently 164 countries are members of the WTO.A detailed study of all these measures is necessary to master the technology of their application in order to develop exports and protect the domestic market from low-quality or excessive imports, to deepen international specialization and internationalization of the economy, to counteract its criminalization and, ultimately, to use national resources - human, intellectual, financial and natural - more efficiently. Since 23 August 2012 the Russian Federation is the 156th member of the WTO.
