O knihe

The outbreak of the Republic of South Maluku, April 25, 1950, could not be understood without understanding the process and dynamics of social politics in society, leading to the outbreak of revolution. The political situation was exacerbated by the insistence of federalist political actors who did not want the formation of the State of Indonesia in the form of Unitarian. At the same time, there are new participants in the political fight, namely the increase of soldiers returning to Ambon to await a decision on their future to be decided in The Hague, through the Round Table Conference (KMB). Together with the police, the soldiers began to pay interest to political issues and more to the separatists, namely the nine-part movement/Greater East Party. . Their strong political opponents in The Moluccas were the independent Indonesian party, with the characters Pupella and Wim Rewaru. The battle of politicians at the local level was also influenced by the conditions in Makassar which was then the center of the State of Eastern Indonesia (NIT).
