The study is focused on attitude of the employees of the selected public and private sector banks in India. Three banks (i.e. State Bank of India, Central Bank of India and Punjab National Bank) from public sector and three banks (i.e. ICICI Bank, CITI Bank and Standard Chartered Bank) from private sector have been considered for the study.
