In recent years, interest has increased in the role played by psychomotor development in the evolutionary process of children, as this process has a profound influence on their overall development, especially in the early stages of life. Through play and movement, preschool children acquire new experiences, becoming aware of their bodies, exploring and interacting with the environment around them.
