Even the countries noted to have the freest press freedom, there are some points of obstructing press from carrying out their work.In particular,the book proposes that society's right to freedom of the press contributes to reconciling the communal oriented traditions of African cultures with the more individually oriented concept of freedom of the press originally conceived in international human rights law.
