I went from anger to bitterness to hopeless depression. Only when a physician's assistant found the cure for my depression, did I regain sufficient reason and good humor to write this book, hoping that no other American would have to go where I had been. The last section outlines a crusade, in which my countrymen can participate, to destroy the abominable health snare in our UNITED STATES and put in its place excellent, affordable health care for all of us.
